Returns Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

1. Login to your account and go to your dashboard. Click on 'dashboard', select 'order history', select 'order detail' and click on 'refund button' at the bottom. If you're having issues contact us at [email protected]. Include your orginal order number in the subject line.
2. Once your return request is approved, securely package the item(s) along with the return authorization slip.
3. Ship the package to the provided return address using a reliable shipping service. We recommend using a trackable method.

Please note that the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item received.

Refund and Exchange

Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process your refund or exchange within 3-5 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase. In the case of an exchange, we will ship the replacement item(s) to you at no additional cost.
